Graduated in Economics and Business Sciences (University of Passau, Germany), Licensed in Tourism and Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. His work is focused on the Canary tourism and hospitality industry, within the areas of the Food Products & Beverages, Hotel Management and Food Products & Beverages Consultancy. Founder and Managing Partner of Nutrihotel. Winner of the Award SerTurismo Innovación 2009 (Canary award acknowledging professionals of the Tourism industry) with the project ‘Dietetic Specialisation of a Vacational Hotel’ and author of the essay ‘Conditioning of Tourist Competitiveness in Gran Canaria’ (2011).
