This space pays attention to the industry of restaurants within the tourist industry. Top-level speakers are invited to give dissertations or lectures, thus contributing to the learning of products, techniques and innovations, at the same time they broaden horizons for both professionals and trainees.
This year the aim consists of making visible and highlighting the contributions of women to this sector. Different local and national speakers will bring us their visions, and wine school monitors, sommeliers, as well as HOF staff, shall conduct tasting sessions, workshops, etc. (previous register required).
This event shall be complemented with exhibitions and shows carried out by different training centres. These shall present their work and the progress of their students, all within an enthusiastic environment.
