Born in the municipality of St. Bartolomé de Tirajana in Gran Canaria. At a professional level, he comes from the industry sector. He is Top Technician in Automatized and Electrotechnical Installations. University Expert on Renewable Energies and Industrial Electricity. As businessman, his company C.A.C.Trabajos Profesionales S.L. is specialized in the electricity sector and industrial cleaning.

As politician, he has been councilman in the town hall of St. Bartolomé de Tirajana from 2007 to 2011, in different departments such as Sports, Beach and Road Cleaning, Environment, Health and Urban Discipline, among others. From 2011-2014 he has been councilman in opposition. Later on, he assumed organizational duties within the PSOE. Currently, he is Secretary of Tourism and Industry within the Canary Executive Committee of PSOE, Secretary General of the Agrupación de San Bartolomé de Tirajana (local neighbours’ association), Councilman of Tourism of Gran Canaria and President of the Tourism Board.
