Head of the Culture, Tourism and Sports Department of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) since January 2021. Besides, she has been appointed as Secretary of the Tourism Council and the Culture and Sports Committee of the CEOE. Created in 1977, the CEOE represents Spanish businesspeople from all kind of industries and is the main interlocutor between businesses and the Spanish Government. It gathers over 240 business organizations. De Benito has also formerly worked as Corporate Manager of the CEO, Communication and Institutional Relationships for the Iberostar Group, and before as Executive CEO of the Majorca Hotel Business Federation (FEHM).
