Since he was searching for a family and personal experience related with health, but did not find a solution, he decided to found SHA WELLNESS CLINIC, a holistic concept of health where the best and most tested natural therapies are merged with the most advanced knowledge of conventional medicine. His is primarily focused in achieving excellence and consolidating his business as a worldwide reference in the industry of wellness clinics. He has obtained over seventy awards at a national and international level, including those most coveted among this sector, even overtaking other long well-known establishments and becoming an industry-leader, as well as positioning Spain as a privileged destination in terms of wellness clinics.

Recently he has started building a second SHA center, in the beach of Isla Mujeres, in Cancun (Mexico). This project, with almost 100,000 m2 of built surface, shall be developed in two phases: an area with private residences and another area including a hotel, wellness facilities and a clinic.

In 2013 the Government of Spain granted him the Medal of Merit for his work developed in promoting tourism.

In 2012 he was also awarded as Entrepreneur of Year by Condé Nast Traveler (the world’s most important publishing group).
